Proposal for Bathroom Shower Removal and Installation
We are pleased to submit our proposal for Bathroom Shower Removal and Installation. Please see below for the detailed cost breakdown of scope of works and items included in this proposal.
Scope of work
• Technicians will arrive on-site, remove the old sliding shower door, old tiles and shower walls.
• The shower valve, water and drain lines will be replaced.
• A new shower pan base will be build.
• Vinyl membrane and shower pan mud will be installed.
• New Cement board will be installed on the shower wall area.
• The new cement board wall surface will be sealed on the joints sections and waterproffed with a waterproof membrane.
• New premium tile will be installed on the shower.
• A new Semi-Frameless sliding glass shower door, with 1/4″ (6mm) SGCC Tempered Glass, chrome silver finish and stainless steel hardware will be installed.
• Technicians will clean the work area and dispose of the remaining debris off-site upon job completion.
