Scope of Work:
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak issue. Technician completed assessment by removing the water faucet replaced the bottom seal and reinstalled.
Technician also inspected the ceiling stain and determined that the water leak is originating from the roof. Technician cleaned the work area and checked out with the tenant. Job completed on 11/30/2021
