Scope of work:
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the refrigerator issue. Technician completed assessment by disassembling the evaporator section, removed the damaged evaporator fan and installed a new evaporator fan, technician reassembled the evaporator fridge section and cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 07/28/22
