Proposal for Bathroom Shower and Bathtub Area Remodeling
We are pleased to submit our proposal for Bathroom Shower and Bathtub Area Remodeling. Please see below for the detailed cost breakdown of scope of works and items included in this proposal.
Scope of work
| • Technicians arrived on-site and disassembled the shower glass enclosure. | ||
| • The old tiles, green board and shower pan base were removed from the shower and bathtub area. | ||
| • The shower valve, water and drain lines were replaced. | ||
| • A new shower pan base was built. | ||
| • Vinyl membrane and shower pan mud were installed. | ||
| • New cement board was installed on the shower and bathtub areas. | ||
| • The new cement board wall surface was sealed on the joints sections and waterproofed with a waterproof membrane. | ||
| • The new tile was installed on the shower and bathtub area. | ||
| • The shower glass enclosure was reinstalled. | ||
| • Technicians cleaned the work area and disposed of the remaining debris off-site upon job completion. |
