Scope of Work
Invoice for Emergency plumbing services, recovery services, ceiling, and walls repair
The technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak issue.
Technician completed assessment by troubleshooting the leak locations in both apartments, telescopic cameras, and leak detection equipment were used to locate the water leak, after the leak was located, the Technicians opened the roof and walls section where the water leak affected the surfaces. The technician located the damaged pipe, removed the damaged sections, and made the necessary repairs.
Some sections of the base board were remived to eliminate water deposits and let the air from the dryer fans circulate inside the walls.
Location recovery service was performed for 4 days. Dehumidifier and floor dryer fans were installed to ensure the property humidity labels were controlled and prevent mold growth.
After checking that the humidity levels were back to normal, technicians repaired the affected walls and ceilings, primed and painted it.
Technician cleaned the work area after finishing.
