Scope of Work
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the issues presented at the unit. The technician completed the assessment by removing the damaged faucet hose and replacing the damaged gaskets.
The damaged shower cartridge was removed and replaced with a new one, the shower handle was replaced. The garbage disposal wiring was removed, and a new waterproof junction box, wire cover, and wiring were installed. The technician cleaned the work area after finishing
