Scope of Work
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the apartment 6 bathroom ceiling water leak issue. The technician completed the assessment by removing the apartment 8 guest bathroom toilet and the apartment 6 bathroom damaged ceiling section, the toilet flange was reattached and sealed, the pipe was repaired, a new toilet ring was installed and the toilet was reinstalled, new ceiling support beams and board were installed, the ceiling was finished and textured, the new section was primed and painted. The technician cleaned the work area after finishing.
