Scope of work:
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the doors, closet and toilet issues. Technician completed assessment by removing the damaged locks from the porch and master bedroom doors, two new locks were installed, the closet door was removed, the door surface was fixed and reinstalled. Technician removed the toilet tank and disassembled the internal toilet hardware in order to stop the water leak, new hardware was installed and the toilet tank reinstalled. Technician cleaned the work area after finishing.
