Scope of Work
Scope of Work: Technicians arrived on site and removed four damaged screen porch panels to remove accumulated debris, sediment and vegetation between the screen porch and the edge of the roof.
New screen mesh was installed on those panels.
Aluminum edging was installed to seal those areas and stop sediment buildup.
The damaged wood sections of the soffit, frame and drip edge were removed.
The damaged frame was replaced with pressure-treated all-weather lumber, the damaged wood soffit was replaced with concrete panels, and a new galvanized drip edge was installed in the affected areas.
The affected areas were primed and painted with premium exterior paint. Technicians cleaned the work area after completion.
