Scope Of Work:
Technicians arrived on site and covered all floors and surfaces around the affected areas, all ceiling lights and vents were removed prior to the ceiling repairs, all affected areas were treated and finished prior to the application of the locking primer coat, after the ceilings were dry and ready a locking primer coat was applied prior to the application of the paint coat, after the primer coat was dry the ceilings were painted and finished. In the garage area, technicians treated the garage floor with a deep cleaning solution to remove all grease and dirt particles prior to paint application, after the floor was dry and ready, two coats of strong concrete paint were applied. Work completed 05/30/2022
