Scope of Work
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak damage issue.
Technician completed assessment by removing the damaged texture and on sections of the wall and ceiling.
The area was sanded and new texture was applied.
The damaged sections of baseboard were fixed.
All the affected areas were primed and painted.
Technician cleaned the work area after finishing.
