Scope of Work

Technicians arrived on site and removed the bathroom ceiling, shower tiles, walls, water pipes, door trim and tub. Electrical wiring for the exhaust fan was installed along with a new junction box and wall switch. A new exhaust fan with white LED and ultraviolet light was installed. The new bathroom ceiling was installed, along with the water lines and fixtures, a new 60″ acrylic shower kit with frameless glass shower doors, foucet, drainage system, and PVC door trim. After finishing the walls and ceiling, they were textured, treated with an anti-mildew sealer and painted with an anti-mildew paint. The air conditioning system was overhauled. Installed, finished and painted the ceiling of the water heater cabinet. Removed the 710 ft² of laminate flooring in the apartment, as well as the tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. New porcelain tile flooring was installed. Technicians cleaned up the work area after completion and removed the remaining debris off-site.

Scope of Work

Technicians arrived on site and secured all plumbing and electrical points. All cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, range hood, sink, stove and drain pipes were removed and new water valves were installed. New custom painted wood cabinets were installed and fastened. A new granite countertop was installed with a deep stainless steel sink. A new premium foucet and drain trap was installed. The dishwasher, range, range hood and refrigerator were reinstalled. A new backsplash was installed. Technicians cleaned up the work area and disposed of the remaining debris.

Scope of Work

Technicians arrived on site and removed the damaged sections of the walls, the affected areas of the bedroom, closets, bathroom (behind the vanity) and kitchen were cut 48″ off the floor, a new moisture barrier was installed prior to drywall installation, new mold resistant drywall was installed, the walls were finished, primed and painted with mold resistant paint. The wall behind the kitchen range hood was repaired and the wiring was rewired. The ceiling of the air conditioning cabinet was repaired. In the bathroom, the valves and water pipes in the sink and toilet were replaced, and a new sink, toilet, light and cabinet were installed. In the kitchen, the sink valves and water pipes were replaced and a new extractor hood was installed. The technicians cleaned up the work area after completion.

Scope of Work

– During the demolition of the bedroom, closets and laundry mold affected areas, technicians found that the lack of insulation on the bedroom and closets areas are causing moisture buildup in the exterior surfaces of the walls, the heat from the exterior walls in combination with the cold from the interior AC are creating condensation, the perfect environment for mold growth.
On the laundry area Polybutylene pipes were found inside of an overall.
The following repairs are highly recommended:
Technicians will remove what’s left of the drywall from the affected areas of the bedroom and closets.
New insulation and drywall will be installed, finished, primed and painted.
– On the laundry area the over wall will be eliminated, the Polybutylene pipes will be removed, new water lines and drain lines will be installed inside the wall, all the electrical outlets will be reinstalled, new drywall will be installed, finished, primed and painted.
Technicians will clean the work area and dispose the remaining debris off-site.

Scope of Work

Technicians will cover the floor with floor coverings paper, all the popcorn texture will be removed from the living room ceiling, parts of the ceiling will be cut and exposed in order to install the four junction boxes and necessary wiring for the light’s installation. After the setup of the electrical, the ceiling will be repaired, and new knockdown textures will be applied. The ceiling will be primed and painted; four LED recessed lights will be installed. Technicians will clean the work area after finishing.
