Kitchen remodeling and water damage repairs
Original Scope of Work
Technicians arrived on site and secured all the plumbing lines and electrical points. All the cabinets, counter tops, dishwasher, range hood, sink, stove, and drain lines were removed. The damaged ceiling section was repaired, new texture was applied, and the affected area was primed and painted. New water valves were installed. New custom painted wood cabinets were installed and secured. New granite countertop was installed with a deep stainless-steel sink. A new premium foucet and drain trap were installed. The dishwasher, stove and refrigerator were reinstalled. Technicians cleaned the work area and disposed of the remaining debris off-site.
Extras Scope of Work
Technicians removed the damaged bottom section of the wall on the drain side of the kitchen, the sink plumbing (drain and water lines) were relocated in order to relocate the kitchen sink.
Three junction boxes and new wiring were installed in order to relocate the, garbage disposal, dishwasher and range hood electrical wiring.
The new drywall was installed, finished, primed and painted on the affected areas.
A new 30″ ductless stainless steel teel undercabinet range hood was installed.
Three new junction boxes were installed along with the new wiring inside the walls in top of the cabinets and three new 48″ LED lamps.
The damaged master bedroom ceiling fan was removed and replaced with a new one.
The damaged ceiling lamp on the dining room was removed and replaced with a new LED lamp.
One damaged outlet was removed and replaced with a new one.
