Scope of Work
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the electrical and other issues. Technician completed assessment by troubleshooting and reconfigured the wiring for the ceiling fans and switches on four bedroom and a dining room.A new wall switch cover plate was installed on the guestroom. The chandelier and stairs light electrical issues was repaired. A GCFI outlet was removed and replaced with a new one on the garage. The refrigerator water filter was replaced. The lanai light bulb was replaced. The garage door sensors were replaced and the remote control configured. The air conditioner drain pipe was dig out and unclogged, the drain was raised and cleaned. Technician cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 10/29/22
