Scope of work:
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the shower faucet issue. Technician completed assessment by disassembling the faucet valve body, removed the damaged valve cartridge and handle and installed a new valve cartridge and handle, the valve body was reassembled and installed. Technician cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 07/08/22
