Scope of work:
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the refrigerator issue. Technician completed assessment by disassembling the evaporator section and replaced the thermostat and the evaporator heater element, technician reassembled the evaporator fridge section and cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 07/01/22
