Technician arrived on site and checked in with site manager to address the drain grate issue. Technician completed assessment by grinding the concrete frame in order to insert the new metal grate insert bar, the new metal insert bar was installed. Technician cleaned work area and checked out with store manager. Job completed 06/24/2022
