Labor:
Technician arrived on site to check the water leak issue, technician found that the air conditioning unit drain pipe was clog and the safe-T-switch was defective, causing the water leak that damaged the ceiling.
Technician completed assessment by replacing the safe T switch, flushed the drain pipe, replaced the damaged section of the ceiling, applied texture, painted and cleaned the work area, job completed.
