Proposal for Bathroom Shower and Bathtub Area Remodeling
We are pleased to submit our proposal for Bathroom Shower and Bathtub Area Remodeling. Please see below for the detailed cost breakdown of scope of works and items included in this proposal.
Scope of work
• Technicians will arrive on-site and disassemble the shower glass inclosure.
• The old tiles, green board and shower pan base will be removed from the shower and bathtub area.
• The shower valve, water and drain lines will be replaced.
• A new shower pan base will be build.
• Vinyl membrane and shower pan mud will be installed.
• New Cement board will be installed on the shower and bathtub areas.
• The new cement board wall surface will be sealed on the joints sections and waterproffed with a waterproof membrane.
• The new tile will be installed on the shower and bathtub area.
• The shower glass enclosure will be reinstalled.
• Technicians will clean the work area and dispose of the remaining debris off-site upon job completion.
