Plumbing Service: Water leak detection and repair<\/p>\n

Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak issue. The technician completed the assessment by detecting the source of the water leak. The issue was located at the washing machine hot water valve. A section of the wall was removed in order to access the water valves’ pipes, the damaged valves were removed along with a section of the pipes, both valves were replaced in order to prevent similar future issues, new pipes were used to install the new valves, drywall patch was used to cover the wall opening. The wall was finished, the texture was applied, and the affected area was painted with matching color paint. The technician cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 01\/19\/23<\/p>\n
