Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technicians will arrive on site and remove the toilets, baseboard, carpet, and linoleum floor from the apartment.<\/p>\n

The whole apartment floor surface will be cleaned and treated prior to the tile floor installation, the new porcelain tile will be installed and finished. <\/p>\n

New 5″ wood baseboard will be installed in the whole apartment.<\/p>\n

The electric plates will be removed, the floor and necessary surfaces will be covered to protect them and avoid being painted over.<\/p>\n

There is damaged sections on the walls that would be repaired, sanded an finished before it’s painted, do to the repairs the walls will be primed. <\/p>\n

After all the walls surfaces are finished, technicians will start applying the first paint coat to walls and ceilings, the second paint coat will be applied when the surfaces are ready.<\/p>\n

The kitchen sink and counters will be removed, the isle counter back wall will be cut and leveled with the rest of the counter to create a one large counter dining area, giving it a more contemporary look. <\/p>\n

The existing counter electric outlets will be relocated,<\/p>\n

All the cabinets doors will be removed, sanded, treated, and coated off site. The cabinets body will be treated sanded and coated on site.<\/p>\n

The new designed granite countertop will be installed in the main isle and the rest of the counters.<\/p>\n

A new in-counter deep sink with new faucet will be installed all the sink drain pipes and faucet water lines will be replaced with new parts. <\/p>\n

The dryer and washer tops will be reconditioned.<\/p>\n

The damaged kitchen closets doors will be removed, new Bi-fold doors will be installed.<\/p>\n

The guest bathroom sink, vanity counter and vanity will be removed, a new bathroom vanity, new vanity stone top with sink and faucet will be installed, all the sink drain pipes, and faucet water lines will be replaced with new parts.<\/p>\n

A new toilet will be installed, and the toilet water line will be replaced.<\/p>\n

The damaged bathtub strainer will be removed a new strainer body, closure and washer will be installed. The bathtub will be treated and reconditioned.<\/p>\n

The master bathroom sink, vanity counter and vanity will be removed, a new bathroom vanity, new vanity stone top with sink and faucet will be installed, all the sink drain pipes, and faucet water lines will be replaced with new parts.<\/p>\n

A new toilet will be installed, and the toilet water line will be replaced.<\/p>\n

The damaged bathtub strainer will be removed a new strainer body, closure and washer will be installed.<\/p>\n

The bathtub will be treated and reconditioned.<\/p>\n

The damaged living room fan will be removed, a new fan will be installed. <\/p>\n

Technician will perform a deep cleaning service and pest control booster service after finishing. <\/p>\n

All remaining bulk trash and debris will be disposed of site.<\/p>\n
