Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the garbage disposal, walls finish, bathroom fan and bathroom clog issues.
\nTechnician completed assessment by removing the damaged garbage disposal and replaced with a new one, the damaged sections on the guest bedroom walls were sanded, orange peel texture was applied and the repairs were painted after the texture dried, on the Jack and Jill bathroom the toile was removed, the cleaner line was used to unclog the toilet and shower drain pipes, the toilet was reinstalled and the ceiling extractor fan cover was reattached to the fan. Technician cleaned the work area after finishing. Job completed on 06\/03\/22<\/p>\n
