Scope of Works: The technician arrived on site and removed the old laminate flooring as well as the baseboards in the master bedroom, hallway and guest bedroom areas, the guest bedroom fan was also removed, the floor was cleaned and conditioned prior to tile installation, the new tiles and baseboards were installed and finished. The guest bedroom ceiling was cut and a single electrical pipe was installed with a new junction box, new wiring was installed, the ceiling cut was covered and finished, the fan was reinstalled after completion. In addition, a new toilet was installed. The technician removed the old toilet and then installed the new one, making sure it was in good working order.<\/p>\n
