Scope of Works: Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak issue. Technician found high levels of humidity on the guest bathrooms and the master bedroom ceiling, the hall lamp and fire alarm, the master bedroom fan, and the master bedroom fan wiring were affected by the water, the guest bathroom lamp, the mirror wall and the vanity cabinet were also damaged by the water. To take care of the damage and for the safety of the residents, it\u2019s highly recommended to make the following repairs.<\/p>\n
Master Bedroom:
\nRemove the damaged sections of the ceiling, replace the ceiling fan wiring, replace the damaged ceiling fan, apply new ceiling texture, prime, and paint the damaged areas.

\nRemove the damaged lamp and fire alarm and replace it with new ones.<\/p>\n
Guest Bathroom
\nRepair the damaged sections of the ceiling and walls.
