Scope of Work
Invoice for: Emergency plumbing services, recovery services, ceiling, and walls repair
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the water leak issue.
Technician completed assessment by opening the wall section where the damaged pipe was located.
Technician made the necessary repairs and tested the line.
A second service call was received for a similar issue on the same line.
A second leak was found at this time at the ceiling area.
The technician removed the damaged refrigerator pipe completely and installed a new refrigerator feeding line and refrigerator outlet box.
Location Emergency recovery service was performed for 4 days. Dehumidifier and floor dryer fans were installed to ensure the property humidity labels were controlled and prevent mold growth.
After checking that the humidity levels were back to normal, technicians repaired the wall, primed, and painted it.
