Dryer and air conditioner repair, washing machine troubleshooting.
Scope of Work
Technician arrived on site and checked in with the tenant to address the dryer and air conditioner issue. Technician completed assessment by removing the damager dryer duct and performed a cleaning service on the wall and dryer ventilation duct. The air conditioning drain was flushed and treated with a probiotic solution, a new air conditioner filter was installed, and the thermostat reset. The washing machine was troubleshoot.
