Scope of Work
Technicians will arrive on site and repair the laundry room door, the damaged sections of the door frame will be removed, a new frame molding will be installed, the door and frame will be primed and painted. The damaged bottom section of the entrance wall will be square cut to remove the damage drywall, a backing boars will be installed to support the drywall, joint mesh will be applied, and joint compound will be use to finish it, the area will be sanded and texture applied. The affected area will be primed and painted.
The broken mirrors at the guestroom ceiling and wall will be removed as well as the mirrors installed on the side wall, the walls and ceiling will be fixed, textured, primed, and painted after the mirrors are removed. Technicians will clean the work area and dispose the bulk trash off-site.
